Terms of Service (TOS) & Site User Agreement
FriskyFriends.co.uk is an online adult sex toy shop which also provides direct sales in customers homes under ‘party plan’ terms (Party Plan Terms are available upon request).
Payment for products can be made using credit/debit cards as listed on www.friskyfriends.co.uk (hereafter referred to as ‘THE SITE ‘) and by PayPal account – using the Paypal secure payment system. (Please see www.paypal.co.uk for full terms).
Some products will be dispatched direct from the supplier to ensure costs are kept to a minimum, in turn reducing unit costs to the customer. Please email sales@friskyfriends.co.uk for contact details of the supplier(s).
Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned if they are not broken the following terms have to be met.
(a) The goods must be unused.
(b) The goods must be in their original condition & packaging.
(c) Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non refundable and non exchangeable.
(d) Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable.
(e). The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
(f). Lingerie and items of clothing are non refundable and non exchangeable.
All prices listed on the site are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate.
Postage costs will be advertised prior to you, the customer, confirming the order. Postage costs for returns or re-delivery will only be reimbursed in exceptional circumstances. The proprietors decision will be final.
All prices are as advertised on the site at time of order. The company reserve the right to remove items from sale as necessary and update stock lists and prices as appropriate.
The company will process your order within the next work day. Your order will be delivered at the address you specified within three working days. The company is not responsible for delays with delivery times. If a delivery does not arrive, please contact sales@friskyfriends.co.uk. Every effort will be taken to ensure a resolution is found. All parcels are tracked and are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. All deliveries will be sent within an unmarked brown box to ensure discretion.
The company will pass any costs incurred by them as a result of customer negligence, re-delivery arrangements or any other cost deemed to be a result of a customers action, onto the customer as appropriate.
The company will not dispatch alternative items if any product is out of stock. They will provide a refund of this item cost and contact the customer by their preferred means e.g. email address.
If you are not satisfied with a product, please return the product, stating your reason, to the address on the packing slip.
Complaints should be sent to sales@friskyfriends.co.uk. The company will endeavour to resolve the issue within 14 days of receipt of your complaint.
The company will not share your contact details or personal information with any third party, other than the supplier of goods as necessary. The supplier also has an agreement that they will not store this information on any of their systems.
Trade marked products, logos, and copy right images belong to the originator of the said trade mark, logo or copy right protected material. If you feel the site uses any material for which you own the copyright, trademark, please direct this information to sales@friskyfriends.co.uk
The company does not take responsibility for purchases made in cities/states/countries or any other area where such a purchase would constitute a criminal offence. The customer (‘you’) will be responsible for ensuring you are not breaking any law by viewing the site or purchasing any products from the site.
